Below are a few recommendation letters given to me by families that have used my childcare services. The phone numbers have been taken out for viewing on the website. However, if you choose to schedule an interview with me, I will have printed copies of these to give to you with the phone numbers included, so that you may talk with these families directly. Re: Recommendation of Crystal Bowron, Bowron Family Childcare
This letter enthusiastically recommends Crystal Bowron of Bowron Family Childcare, Antioch, TN. Mrs. Bowron provided childcare for our 2-year-old daughter, Niven Horvath in 2008.
Mrs. Bowron provides daycare in a warm, home environment. She excels at meeting infants’ and toddlers’ developmental needs. Due to the attention Mrs. Bowron devoted to our daughter she developed an increased vocabulary and a specific love of learning to identify objects by color and for books. In addition her social skills, relative to her respective age, were increasingly positive. Her daycare is full of music, dancing, warmth, joy, delicious healthy food, and happy children. Also, her daycare reinforced respect and care for others. This is evident in the caring, respectful way that our daughter treats other children. In fact she still asks after Mrs. Crystal even though we have moved out of state!
Bowron Family Childcare provided our daughter with the life, learning and discipline skills necessary to thrive in a pre-school. We highly recommend Mrs. Bowron’s daycare. If you would like to speak with us in person please contact us at .
Sincerely,
Meka & Les Horvath

To Whom it May Concern:
My daughter, Leah, began childcare with Crystal Bowron in January of 2009. My husband had recently gone through a job change, and now we needed full-time childcare. We tried a locally operated church daycare, and after three days were sorely unimpressed with the attention our daughter was receiving. It was at that time that I contacted Crystal. We were impressed by the devoted space to her childcare services and the promise of one-on-one attention and contact to our then 18 month old daughter.
All of our expectations and more were met at Bowron Family Home daycare. Leah received excellent care with Crystal. We received the comfort of knowing that she was in a setting as familiar as her own home. Crystal did a great job of keeping us up to date of everything happening in Leah’s life, including the good and the bad. She let us know of all the new vocabulary Leah was learning, as well as any diaper rashes or other concerns she may have had. Leah became to love going to ‘Ms. Cree-cree’s’ house every morning and would sometimes ask to go on weekends as well. By finding Crystal, we found more than a place to leave our child while we worked; we found an extension of our home.
Crystal did a great job with increasing Leah’s learning ability in this special time. Leah is now a week from turning two and already counts to 10! She did not watch television all day, but was often outside playing in the awesome backyard when I arrived to pick her up. She has increased her cognitive ability to understand the world around her, and her motor abilities through interactive play and games. Although she was too young to begin a preschool program, I truly believe that the time she spent at Bowron Family Home daycare has prepared her for school and future play-dates.
Crystal also impressed us by how accommodating she was to our needs. I felt no apprehension in asking questions of her, and she understood our situations and worked with us the best that she could. I have hired nannies and babysitters before, but with Crystal I felt as if I was getting more. I not only found a childcare provider, but also a friend.
In conclusion, I recommend in-home daycare to any parent looking for a secure place for their child specifically Bowron Family Home daycare. Our experience with the daycare and Crystal has been wonderful.
Sincerely,
Christy Killion

mother of Leah and soon-to-be Audrey

To whom it may concern:
This letter of recommendation is from a former parent of Bowron Family Home
Childcare. As a working parent, it is hard to find a place where you feel your child is
comfortable and in a secure environment; however, we found that place with Crystal at
BFH Childcare. I am writing this letter to let other parents know that this is a wonderful
place for your children to spend their days. My daughter loved it there. She talked about
it constantly and considered Ms. Crystal her “daytime Mommy.” She learned a great deal too; everything from ABC's, numbers, letter and number recognition, shapes, music, and dance. A big plus for us is that she offered nutritional meals and snacks and they had a nice place to play outside, as well.
The love and patience that Crystal puts into children makes me realize how lucky we
were to have found a place we could call our daughter’s home away from home. Please
share this letter of recommendation to a parent who is looking for such a wonderful,
nurturing and loving environment in which to care for their child. They will not be
dissatisfied with the care given by Crystal at BFH Childcare.
Sincerely,
Onna Withrow

To all looking for childcare:
Crystal Bowron has been our son's childcare provider since he was
just 6 months old. Prior to that, I had kept him at home with me, as I was
able to work from home. When the time came for me to find a daycare, the
thought was scary and daunting. Crystal made this transition for our family
so easy and so comforting.
Because the drive from Mt. Juliet was beginning to really take a toll
on me, I decided to pull my son out and place him in another daycare
closer to our home. This proved to be a HUGE mistake! We begged for
Crystal to please allow us to have our spot back, and she did so without
hesitation. I have to say that we have really learned our lesson as far as
value in childcare. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a
place for their child to be loved and taken care of the same as if they were
at home with their parents! Please feel free to call me anytime!
